Delivery Processing Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders by the end of the following working day.
Orders purchased on a Friday will be dispatched Monday with orders placed over the weekend dispatched on Tuesday.

Our estimated delivery dates are updated during holiday periods to account for delays.

Order Amendments

You can amend your order before dispatch. However, this may cause a delay in processing time.
Amendments may include but are not limited to;

  • Specification / Configuration
  • Adding / Removing Items
  • Delivery Address
  • Payment Method

Due to the high level of fraud with Apple products we cannot ship to freight forwarders or parcel delivery points. Orders made to these addresses are automatically refunded.

Once your order is confirmed if you made payment via card or PayPal you cannot change your delivery address without your order being refunded and payment remade. This is for security reasons.

If you make payment via bank transfer you can change your delivery address at any time up until the item is dispatched.

If there is an error in your address please let us know as soon as possible as if it’s dispatched we will have to recall the parcel.

If you cancel an order before it is dispatched you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel an order after it is dispatched you will be required to return the goods before your payment is refunded. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Every shipment we send is fully insured and covered for loss or theft.

All deliveries are sent on a tracked & signed for service.

For UK deliveries we use Express Courier who will provide a delivery time slot the morning of your delivery.

Tracking information will be sent to your provided email address upon dispatch.

If the courier is unable to complete the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and reattempted the next working day. If your delivery fails please refer to the note left by the courier. This will include detail on how you can rearrange delivery.

A total of three attempts will be made. If delivery cannot be completed the package with be returned to us. If this occurs please contact us to rearrange delivery.

Estimate transit time is displayed as an arrival date. Please allow for national holidays. We aim to dispatch all items the next working day so transit time is calculated from the moment you place your order.

An estimated delivery date is provided to you during checkout for your specific product(s). Your estimated arrival date will be repeated in your confirmation emails and you’ll be notified when your order is dispatched.

Due to the changing, unknown value in import charges and the effect that it has had on customers we are not able to deliver outside of the UK & Ireland. Bulk orders for business customers is still available.
